- Please allow 1 day for despatch and 2-3 working days for delivery

- We don't ship to PO Boxes.
RETURNS
UK Customers
- Returns are free for UK based customers.
- For UK customers, visit www.thesareetop.com/account to start your return.
- A free Royal Mail returns label will be emailed to you. Return requests can be made up to 28 days after your items have been delivered.
- Your returned item(s) must be in original packaging, unused, unwashed and in original condition with all labels and tags intact.
- Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days. Your refund may take longer to show in your bank account.
International customers
- International returns (including Ireland) are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNING A FAULTY PRODUCT
If your product develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, please email info@thesareetop.com with clear photographs of the fault.
Once accepted, we will issue a free Royal mail returns label and we’ll either exchange the item with free shipping, or, refund the item along with the original shipping costs subject to full inspection of the item.
