Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that thing's don't always work out. 

Returns are free for UK based customers whilst International returns (including Ireland) are the responsibility of the customer.  Returns must be made within 28 days of delivery of your items. 

For UK based customers, you can start your return by visiting www.thesareetop.com/account. A free returns label will be emailed to you.  Return requests can be made up to 28 days after your items have been delivered.

We use Royal Mail as our returns courier. Royal Mail shipping labels typically have an expiry date (often 7 days).  You must return your item within the given expiry date. Once the label has expired, another label cannot be requested.

Your returned item(s) must be in original packaging, unused, unwashed and in  original condition with all labels and tags intact.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days. Your refund may take longer to show in your bank account


Returning your item because it is faulty

If your product develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, please email info@thesareetop.com with clear photographs as supporting evidence. Once accepted, we will issue a free returns label and we’ll either exchange the item with free shipping, or, refund the item along with the original shipping costs subject to full inspection of the item.


Cancelling an order before it has been delivered

You may be able to cancel an order before it has been delivered if you get in touch with us within 24 hours by emailing info@thesareetop.com.  This timeframe is not guaranteed.
